Purpose and application

Hammer crushers ДРМ-15 and ДРМ-25 model series are designated for process feedstock (oil crop cake) breakage with low (max. 8%) humidity.
Crusher ДРМ-50 is also referred to this model series and is designated for municipal drainage solids breakage, feedstock and different grain crops (rye, wheat, barley, corn, etc.) processing.
Crushers can be installed both indoor and outdoor under roof, and can be used in households, subsidiary plots and farming enterprises.
Hammer crushers provide reliability, cost efficiency and easy maintenance provided that, in comparison with other shredders, they are low sensitive to intrusion of non-breakable matters and are able to mill material with higher efficiency only in shredding cycle.
Hammer crusher consists of welded frame, lower and upper stands, rotor with hammers, electric motor with coupling sleeve and coupling guard. Feedstock that is fed to shredder is broken by hammers installed on rotating rotor and rack, fixed in shredder body.
