Cylindrical grinding semiautomated universal machines

Machines of this model series are designated for processing of outer and inner cylindrical and cone surfaces by plunge and longitudinal grinding and also grinding of plane surface, such as washers.

Purpose and application

Machines of this model series are designated for processing of outer and inner cylindrical and cone surfaces by plunge and longitudinal grinding and also grinding of plane surface, such as washers.
Semi-automatic machines are equipped with grinding wheel cross-feed movement mechanism. Such mechanism allows to carry out manual and automatic cross-feed movement, set up total stock removal rate and finish grinding stock removal rate. The mechanism ensures automatic transition from rough to finish grinding by means of electronic control system.
Semi-automatic machines are equipped with programmable master controller that controls machine electrics and increases reliability and faultless performance of the machine control system.
Product rotation and grinding wheel movement are effected using asynchronous electric alternating current motors completed with frequency converters.
