Purpose and application

Major purpose of ДРМ-50 crusher is municipal drainage solids breakage. The crusher is also can be used for process feedstock breakage and different grain crops (rye, wheat, barley, corn, etc.).
This crusher is referred to hammer crushers ДРМ-15 and ДРМ-25 model series designated for process feedstock (oil crop cake) breakage with low (max. 8%) humidity.

Crushers can be installed both indoor and outdoor under roof, and can be used in households, subsidiary plots and farming enterprises.
Hammer crushers provide reliability, cost efficiency and easy maintenance provided that, in comparison with other crushers, they are low sensitive to intrusion of non-breakable matters and are able to mill material with higher efficiency only in shredding cycle.
Hammer crusher consists of welded frame, lower and upper stands, rotor with hammers, electric motor with coupling sleeve and coupling guard. Feedstock that is fed to crusher is broken by hammers installed on rotating rotor and rack, fixed in crusher body.
